Refund Policy

  1. Service-Based Nature

    Atlas Promos provides professional digital marketing and consulting services. Due to the customized, strategic, and labor-intensive nature of our work, all services are sold as one-time engagements. Once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued for work that has been partially or fully rendered.

  2. Strategy Calls & Consultations

    Initial strategy calls are provided at no cost and are therefore non-refundable. Any paid consultation, audit, or strategy session is considered a one-time professional service and is non-refundable once completed.

  3. One-Time Service Engagements

    All Atlas Promos services are sold as one-time, non-recurring engagements, as outlined in the applicable service agreement or Master Professional Agreement (MPA). Because these services involve customized strategy, planning, and execution, payments are final once work has begun, regardless of outcome or performance.

  4. Ad Spend

    Advertising budgets are managed separately from Atlas Promos service fees and are paid directly to third-party platforms. Ad spend is non-refundable. Any unused advertising balance remains subject to the policies and fees of the advertising platform and is not controlled or refunded by Atlas Promos.

  5. Performance Disclaimer

    While Atlas Promos applies industry best practices and strategic expertise, digital marketing performance may be influenced by external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, performance metrics, or outcomes, and results may vary by client and industry.
